Pet Portraits and Memorials
Having the image of your beloved companion upon your wall, brings a part of them back home with you. Most of my commissions are memorials and I understand the pain of losing the special companion you've had at your side.
The Commission Process
Choose a clear, detailed main reference image.
A clear, detailed image that correctly shows your pet's colours and body shape is important to maximise detail in your portrait. It should clearly show your pet's eyes, nose and ears.
Choose a size and medium
I provide a range of different sizes for both acrylic and charcoal. Please note that full body portaits and multiple animal portraits require larger sizes in order to provide adequate detail.
I am able to do a small mock up of your photograph to help you design a multiple subject portrait or a suitable crop.
Send your deposit
I require a 30% non-refundable part payment/deposit to confirm your booking and to cover materials.
I accept bank deposit and Paypal. A reciept for this will be emailed to you.
If for any reason I am unable to complete your portrait, you will be fully refunded.
Final Checks and
Recieving your Portrait
Throughout the portrait process I will offer continual updates on your portrait's progress (if you like). I also like to explain the stages and processes.
Major changes to the design or portait can not be made once the portrait has been started.
Before your portait is sent, a photo will be sent to you to ask if there are any small changes that you would like. When you are happy with the final portrait, it will be sent straight to you after final payment.
